    The Richardson’s are craftsmen of the highest quality. They are realistic and communicate honestly what can and can’t be done. My experience over 7 years… a full exterior job and later a full interior paint job with repair of walls and redo of ceiling texture (a previous contractors bad work) and several smaller jobs …is that they are reliable and trustworthy, give fair pricing, do impeccable work, and clean up after themselves. Best painters I’ve ever worked with. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

    Wow! Thanks to Jeff Richardson Painting, our newly-painted room is now my favorite room! Everything about our experience with Jeff and Malinda was terrific. Jeff responded quickly each time that I reached out to him. His communication was great. He worked with us on our schedule. He made great suggestions about paint, sheen, colors/tints, etc. We wanted to use two paint colors in the room, and Jeff also suggested using a different sheen for the baseboards, crown molding, and doors. Everything turned out great! Jeff and Malinda were professional and friendly. They obviously had lots of painting experience/expertise. They completely transformed our room (and front door), and we love it! We will definitely be contacting Jeff Richardson for future interior painting!

    I called Jeff at about 0800 on a Monday morning. We arranged for him and Malinda to come by my property around 1530 that afternoon. They showed up at exactly 1530. We did a walk around of the house and discussed what I wanted painted, color and sheen. Jeff and Malinda offered advice regarding sheen and ease of cleaning and things to look out for when painting a rental. We agreed on a sheen and color(s) and Jeff said he would have an estimate to me via email within 24-48 hours. About 36 hours later I received a detailed estimate via email. The coolest thing was that the estimate was line itemized so if I felt like something was too expensive (like a hallway that didn't really NEED paint), I could just cross it off and know what the cost would be. This also allowed me to stick to my budget. I agreed with the estimate and arranged for a start date (about 10 days later). Jeff had given me a heads-up that they had two jobs ahead of me so they couldn't start right away. Once we agreed on the start date/time (he did those two other jobs then it was my turn), we didn't talk until the day of. Jeff, Malinda and I agreed to meet at my house between 0900-0930 on a Monday morning, they showed at 0910 and by 0930 I was at my desk at work. I paid for half of the work up front (Jeff explains why ((supplies, not labor)), and the other half when the project was done. Since I wasn't occupying the property, I have no idea what time Jeff and Malinda came and left every day, but they said they would complete about a room a day and that's exactly what happened. Also, they took in my garbage cans for me after the garbage man came. Really, how cool is that? Description of Work: Jeff and Malinda are worth every penny! While I didn't get a ton of estimates, I know that many people have said they are priced higher than competitors, but IT'S WORTH IT! How can you beat people that say what they're going to do and do what they said they would do? Jeff and Malinda showed up right on time for the estimate and first day of work and finished when they said they would. They were professional yet candid, understanding where I was coming from with my rental property and offered advice based on many years of experience. They never once tried to upsell me. I wasn't occupying the property while they were working there, but I went to the house every night to check the mail and see the transformations and boy was I impressed. Seriously, if it wasn't for the paint odor and some of the tape left around the walls (because they were still drying) I never would have known they were there. They cleaned up after themselves daily even when they didn't have to (because nobody was living there). I am so pleased with the quality of work and how easy it was to work with Jeff and Malinda that I'm already making a list of other projects I'd like them to work.
